STEP 01

Exterior cooling unit installation.

The 15,000 BTU electric cooling unit is securely mounted to the sleeper wall with protected cable routing and service access.

Electrical system integration.

Technicians mount the system hardware, route protected high-current cabling and connect every component for safe, reliable operation.

Internal components and final connections.

The battery bank, DC-to-DC charger, inverter and control connections are positioned for protection, airflow and straightforward service access.

Before delivery, the complete installation is inspected and tested for charging, electrical output, cooling performance and road-ready reliability.
